1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the win10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and win10. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh is an integral part of this agreement. win10 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions apply only to adults residing in Bangladesh (aged 18 and above).
2. Account Creation & Security
To register on win10, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. Each user may operate only one account; multiple accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and security codes confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the win10 support team immediately. While win10 applies all reasonable technical safeguards to protect your account, it will not be liable for any loss resulting from your own negligence.
3. User Responsibilities
All users must comply with applicable laws of Bangladesh while using the win10 platform. Any form of fraud, hacking, money laundering, or other illegal activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Collecting or misusing another user's account information, or engaging in deceptive conduct toward other users, is a punishable offense. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of the device you use to access win10, including keeping it free from malware and viruses. Using automated bots, scripts, or programs to gain an artificial advantage on the platform is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination. win10 expects all users to conduct themselves fairly and ethically at all times.
4. Platform Usage Rules
All games, Sports Betting options, and other entertainment services available on the win10 platform are intended for lawful recreational use only. Each game or bet has its own rules that users must follow; if in doubt, refer to the Help Center. Attempting to exploit any technical glitch or bug on the platform for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited, and any such activity will result in the cancellation of all transactions on the account in question. win10 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update its service rules at any time. Promotional offers and bonuses are subject to their own separate terms and conditions, which must be read individually. In the event of any dispute, win10's decision shall be considered final.
5. Payments & Transactions (BDT)
All financial transactions on win10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the payment methods approved on the platform, and transactions via third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change; visit the Help Center for the latest information. If you experience a technical issue or delay with a transaction, please contact win10 support — issues are typically resolved within 24 hours. win10 reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel any transaction flagged as fraudulent or suspicious. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Win10 strives to maintain technical reliability across its platform; however, it will not be held liable for temporary service interruptions caused by internet outages, server maintenance, or other technical factors. Any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activities are considered to have occurred at the user's own risk. win10 is not directly responsible for issues arising from third-party payment gateways or services. In the event of service disruption due to external factors — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics — win10 is not obligated to provide compensation for the affected period. win10 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages suffered by any user. It is assumed that users access and use the platform knowingly and voluntarily, with full awareness of all associated risks.
7. Account Policy (Suspension & Closure)
Win10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances: submission of false information, operating multiple accounts, fraudulent or deceptive activity, violation of platform rules, or attempts at illegal transactions. If an account is suspended, the associated balance may be frozen until an investigation is completed. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, in which case any remaining balance will be returned through the designated process. Relevant provisions of these terms remain in effect even after account closure. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more), win10 may apply an inactivity fee in accordance with its policy, with prior notice sent to the user by email.
8. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the win10 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of win10 or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from win10 is strictly prohibited. Users have no right to reverse-engineer or decompile any software or technology used on the platform. Unauthorized use of win10 trademarks and brand identity may result in legal action. Users who upload or share content on the platform must confirm they hold the rights to do so and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The win10 platform may at times integrate with third-party services or payment gateways, each of which has its own terms and conditions and privacy policy beyond win10's control. Users are advised to carefully read the terms of any third-party service before using it. win10 is not liable for any issues, data breaches, or financial losses that occur on third-party platforms. Game software providers operate under their own licenses and rules, which apply alongside win10's terms. If you encounter an issue with a third-party service, please contact that service provider directly and notify win10 support if needed. win10 only accepts responsibility for matters that occur within its own platform.
10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Win10 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. For significant updates, win10 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and judicial jurisdiction of Bangladesh. Any dispute between the parties will first be addressed through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, settled before a competent court in Bangladesh.
